3. Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area near the active muscles. So it burns fat in that area.

HOW TO USE THIS WORKOUT

1. The module is designed to work the abdominal area 'aerobically'. Performing it straight after an aerobic workout (e.g.: running, spinning, swimming or other aerobic activities) will improve the positive effect.

2. Learn the instructions for each exercise of this workout. Ensure you perform exercises properly.

3. Pay attention on the correct breathing while performing the exercises. It is very important and will help you achieve the best results possible.

Six Pack Abs Over 50 - A 52-Year Old Guy's Quest For 6-Pack Abs

Can an over-the-hill 52 year old man rediscover his six-pack abs? Watch my progress as I chronicle it on my BLOG at I never really had six-pack abs in my life. Do you think I can pull it off? Will I Get six pack abs at 50.

I've worked out in a gym most of my life and have stayed in fairly decent shape. But as soon as I hit 50, my metabolism slowed down considerally. You can't get away with eating junk food at 50 like you can at 20, 30, or even 40. Everything turns into belly fat, or visceral fat. You can't even drink a couple of beers any more. Excess carbohydrates will just add belly fat (or thigh fat) It's brutal.

But I found some quick fat-burning startegies to combat it... and I'll YouTube my progress as time goes on.

It's said that ALL of us have a "six-pack."

But in most cases it's just covered up with belly fat (or visceral fat). So, if that's true, I

gotta eliminate the belly fat FIRST... but at the same time, you want to also continue

working out using weights to build muscle (which also helps burn fat as well.)

So its 1.) Burn Fat & 2.) Build Muscle

But who has the time to spend all day in the gym? Not me. You probably don't either. I

need a fast exercise I can do that will rev up my body and burn fat without killing me

and my 50+ year-old body.

BLACK WIDOW vs. SPIDERWOMAN Workout -- How To Build The Body Women Want

Get the ripped body that women will love: guys it's Kate (Black Widow) and Daniele (Spider Woman) here today to show you how to get a rock hard superhero physique.

It's not for sissies ;)

Workout breakdown:

Perform each exercise at the rep range indicated and take as minimal rest as you possibly can. Rest for 60 seconds between each circuit... Complete 3 to 5 total circuits for the full fat-burning effect.

12 Kettle bell swings

10 Dips

8 Hanging windshield wipers

6 Inchworm push-ups

2:04 - Start with 12 KB swings. Concentrate on squeezing your glutes while thrusting your hips forward as you swing the KB overhead.

2:45 - Next, 10 dips. Remember to breath as you perform this bodyweight movement.

2:55 - Hanging windshield wipers for 8 - Here, keep your hamstrings tight as you move your body weight from the left over to the right.

3:30 - Keep your core tight on the inch worm push-ups. This is a great full body exercise that is often over looked when it comes to maximizing fat loss.

4:09 - Back for more KB swings. If you don't have a KB or 55lbs is too heavy, stick with a 35lb dumbbell and hold onto the weighted "head" potion for the swing.

4:42 - Now for the wipers, you also want to be sure that you are stabilizing with your lats here. This will allow you to avoid over-exhausting your hang grip as you are moving your body from left to right.

5:06 - Keep your abs pulled in and your back straight as you work your way down into the push-up position for your inch worms.

5:58 - Think of your arms as a pendulum during your KB or DB swings - this will help you to focus on driving the weight upwards by using the power of your legs.

6:32 - Back for more wipers. This is not just awesome for your obliques, but you can see lats firing as well as almost every other area of the core here.

7:00 - Inch worm push-ups require a lot of energy to perform just 1 single rep so keep in mind that this move is really burning a lot of calories.

8:08 - And you want to take advantage of "efficiency", which some gym-bro's refer to as "cheating" or "using momentum", when in fact it's a natural mechanism for your body to function through movements more favorably while avoiding injury.

8:20 - Remember to squeeze your hamstrings during your wipers... Yes it's an ab movement, but we want to make sure we maximize the calorie burn by firing multiple muscles.

9:20 - 3rd round of KB's, remember to finish strong here with your glutes and hips.

10:20 - Wipers to wipe away the belly fat residing on the core!

11:05 - The 3rd round of inch worms may push you to fatigue but just remember to recruit all of your body's musculature to most effectively complete this move.

12:05 - Hanging wipers for 8, still making sure that the back muscles are stabilizing the move and that the hammies are locked.

12:20 - And finishing the inch worms like a champ.

13:31 - For the 4th and final round, let's do a switch-a-roo variation of the KB swing. It's a one hand pass - it requires a bit more coordination, but with more challenging technique, you can guarantee a greater calorie loss.

14:31 - And how about a dip with an L-sit kick? Just to spice things up.

15:40 - Spider woman taking on the one hand pass KB swings with power-based form.

16:39 - Static holding an L-Sit in the dip bars is NO JOKE.

16:50 - Ab raises, focusing on the entire abdominal sheath.

17:19 - And to wrap it up, inch worms.

Best Protein Powder for WEIGHT LOSS & MUSCLE BUILDING | Shake to Build Muscle | Top Supplements 2017

Well this highly depends on when you're taking it and what your goals are. so in this video I"m going to break down which protein is best based for your goals & your finances because some are much more expensive than others.

Let's start first with a very common one... Whey protein Isolate. Whey Isolate and whey protein in general is one of the best protein powders you can take directly after your workout. The reason for this is because your body can digest this protein very very fast, like in under 30 minutes fast. In case you don't know, all forms of whey protein come from cows milk. Whey protein isolate has been filtered in such a way that it gives you one of the purest forms of protein on the market. Whey protein in general contains the richest sources of BCAAs, which include the three amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. All three of these are critical for muscle growth and recovery. This is why even if your getting a protein blend with different types of protein you want to make sure whey protein isolate is at the top of the ingredients list. Pure whey isolate will also have less than 1% lactose, so many lactose intolerant people are able to digest whey isolate much better.

Whey protein concentrate is different from isolate because it goes through less filtering, which means fewer of the natural carbohydrates found in milk are removed. The result is a whey product that is much lower in protein content and is usually higher in carbs. The big benefit of getting concentrate is that its usually much cheaper than isolate, which is what makes it one of the most popular types of protein. I would be careful though when trying to just go for the cheapest protein powder. Some manufacturers go through questionable protein suppliers. Their protein powder likely contains far less protein and far more carbs and fat than what is even claimed on the label. On top of that these cheap protein powders may also contain impurities and contaminants. Next we have hydrolyzed whey protein, which is pretty much the absolute best protein you can take after your workout, but it's also the most expensive. This protein is already broken down into even smaller particles so your body will be able to absorb this even faster than whey concentrate or even whey isolate.

When the protein from milk gets separated you have about 20% whey protein and 80% casein protein. Casein protein is another great source, full of all the amino acids you need, but even though it comes from milk it is very different from whey. Casein is the type of protein shake that you would want to take in the middle of the day as a meal replacement, and also at night before bed. The reason for this is because casein is much slower digesting than whey sometimes taking 5-7 hours to digest. It won't spike your insulin the way whey protein will, which doesn't make it the best protein to have after a workout, but it will give you a constant long lasting steady stream of protein & amino acids to help your muscles recover. If you want a good mix of whey and casein you can get a milk protein concentrate, which contains both in about and 80/20 ratio.

Just like whey, egg white protein has a complete essential amino acid profile, which promotes optimal recovery from challenging workouts. Egg white protein was the most popular type of protein supplement for many years before milk proteins surpassed its popularity due to their better taste and lower cost. This type of protein is great for people that are lactose intolerant because eggs have the second highest bio availability, which means that your body is very good at using protein that comes from this old school source of protein.

Of the vegetable protein types, soy, rice, hemp, and pea protein are the most popular. Soy and hemp protein are the only plant proteins currently on the market with a complete amino acid profile. Rice protein ranks highest in terms of bioavailability, but it is not a complete source of protein. One of the best ways to get a complete source of plant based protein is to get a powder with a combination of different plant sources. Now vegetable protein isn't only great for vegetarians and vegans, it can also have many benefits for meat eaters as well. Soy for example has many additional benefits. ISOFLAVONES
