☆ Breakfast - Egg Muffin

9 eggs

1/4 cup of milk/almond milk/water

2 medium zucchinis

1 capsicum

salt and pepper

Olive oil/your preferred oil

Mix the eggs together with milk, then add the chopped capsicums and shredded zucchinis. You can also add bacon, sausage, or other vegetables. Adjust to you liking. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to an oiled tray (I used olive oil). Then bake for 20-25 minutes (or more if you have more ingredients) at 180 degree celsius /355 degree fahrenheit.

☆ Overnight oats

The standard recipes is:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (almond milk)

Cinnamon

Maple Syrup

Berries

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Adjust to your liking!

☆ Lunch & Dinner

• 3 Large sweet potatoes

I like it to cut them into chip size because it cooks faster. It takes about 20-30 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Flip them over after the first 10 to 15 minutes.

• 2 Large Red capsicums and 2 Yellow Capsicums (Bell Peppers)

Takes about 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius to cook to my liking. You can leave it in the oven a little shorter if you like it crunchy. (200 degree celsius us around 390 degree fahrenheit)

• 3 Bunch of Asparagus.

This takes less than 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius. If they're small and tiny then 5 minutes will do. I like them crunchy.

• Kale with Garlic

Add some to a pan and fry the garlic for a minute then add the kale. Cook for about 5 minutes and done!

• 2 big Salmon Fillets

Season with salt and pepper (that's all I do). You can add your favourite seasonings.

Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. I don't like them overdone. and 9-10 minutes are normally just right depending on the thickness.

• 2 big White Fish Fillets

Rubbed some olive oil on the fish. Half a lemon juice, Ginger powder, salt, pepper and oregano.

Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius.

• 1kg of Chicken Breasts

Rubbed some olive oil on the chicken. Season with sweet paprika, salt, pepper and garlic granules. Again add your fav spices!

Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. Again this is dependent on the thickness of the chicken breast. I had mine sliced in half.

After all these are cooked, I just divide the chicken breasts into 5 portions. Add sweet potatoes, capsicums and asparagus to create 5 chicken/veg meals.

For the fish meals, I have quinoa, kale and the fish. I didn't measure anything so I just eyeball everything here. For white fish, I added more sweet potatoes because white fish are lower in fat, hence lower in calories.

☆ Healthy Hummus

2 cans of chickpeas (500g drained chickpeas)

20g of tahinis

60g of olive oil

2 garlic cloves

1 Lemon Juice

Almond milk to water it down. (Just add enough so that it's not too thick)

Pink Himalayan Salt

Cumin (optional)

Blend them all together! I like to eat it with Wholemeal Pita Pockets. It is sooooo good. The ones I love most is from Mission.

Don't forget to add some fruits or nuts as snacks if you're hungry. Also don't restrict too much. Need ice cream, have some ice cream. Don't overindulge and also don't under indulge. Stay happy and healthy.

15 Min Butt & Legs Workout with Dumbbells. Part 1

These are some great butt exercises you can do with DB's to get sexy legs and a round lifted booty.

Butt Workout: Warm-up 30 Reverse Lunges, 20 Reverse Lunges with DBs, Side Step Lunges 12-20 reps per side, 30-40 Step Ups, 30-40 Ice Skaters, Bouncing Lunges for as many as you can, wide squats.

7 Minute Ab Workout (6 PACK PROMISE!)

Get in your best shape ever - to this channel here - biggest mistake people make when they do their ab workout is they spend too much time doing it. Spending any more than 10 minutes training your abs is a colossal error since it is extremely unnecessary in order to see results. Your abs respond best to hard, intense exercises done for a short period of time but done consistently over the course of many days. In this video, I’m going to show you a 7 minute ab workout that proves all you need is intensity and not length for good abs.

This entire ab workout can be done on the floor without any equipment at all. It is going to cover all of the major functions of the ab muscles and incorporate other muscles of the core as well such as the obliques. The key is that you are going to move from one exercise to the next without resting. You earn one 30 second rest at the midpoint of the workout but that is it.

If you keep the exercises moving you never give your abs a chance to breathe, so to speak. You apply the intensity and then step on the gas throughout the rest of the workout. This allows the workout to stay difficult even if the individual ab exercises themselves are not the most challenging that you have performed.

This one starts with a bottom up movement (that also tends to incorporate a lot of rotation as well) and this is the figure 8. For the figure 8, you are literally doing what it says and moving your legs in the shape of an 8 laying on its side. This forces you to not blend two of the more challenging movement patterns into one exercise but does so when you are freshest and most capable of doing it uncompromised.

Next you move onto the long leg windshield wipers. If this is too difficult for you, you can shorten the moment arm and bend the legs rather than keeping them straight. This essentially lightens the load felt by the abs and allows you to perform the exercise if the long leg variation is too difficult to maintain for the entire 60 seconds.

This moves onto the twisting piston exercise. This is a plank variation but much more effective because of the dynamic nature of it. You not only have to have the strength to stabilize your body to avoid excessive movement here, but the plyometric aspect of the mini jumps, turns your core into a shock absorber as well and allows it to be much more functional at the same time.

Finally, a well deserved 30 second rest break.

Come out of the break and go right into the Starfish Crunch. This one is no joke! Keep both your arms and legs out wide as you perform this six pack exercise and twist to one side as you come up. This will be both a midrange and top down rotational movement, with the added benefit of hitting the oblique muscles as well.

Finally, finish with 2 minutes of rotational ab circles. This one is the easiest to perform, but since we saved it for last in the ab workout, will feel much more difficult (and effective). Make sure you give this complete ab workout a try and see how much more you can do in just 7 minutes if you are applying your ab training principles properly.

1. Soak all the grains except Daliya and nuts overnight

2. Next morning tie each grain separately in cotton or muslin cloth to sprout. Leave it for one day.

3. Once the grain have sprouted, sun Dry them for 2-3 days

4. Once dried completely, roast each sprouted grain, daliya and nuts separately

5. Once cool, mix all the grains and grind them in grinder.

6. Sift if needed, your homemade protein powder is ready.

7. Store it in airtight container, you can store it for upto two month.

Disclaimer| Yes, the corset is on wrong. I know, I was overly excited to share my experience that I did not realize this initially. The lacing should all be the same from top to bottom, I'm aware.

I exercise 3-4x a week and weight train heavily. I also did CrossFit for about 8 months to train for tough mudder therefore, this is not a lazy way out for me as I do all these things in conjunction with eating relatively clean. The corset is also worn for posture and those concerned for my organs, I am NOT tight lacing to extremities nor do I sleep in it.

What I Eat In A Day To LOSE WEIGHT | How I Lost 60 Pounds!!

You requested it so here it is, my first 'what I eat in a day' video!! This is generally the kind of food that I eat on a very "healthy" day. I don't eat the same thing everyday, this is just an example of some of my fav foods to eat. Even though I'm currently not losing weight, and just maintaining, I still eat the same foods as when I was because losing weight is a lifestyle change :)

I forgot to add this in the video, but please only use this as inspiration (as well as other youtubers 'what i eat' videos) we're more than likely different in height/metabolism/body fat so eating like this may not work for you.. plus this is only one day of my life, sometimes I eat waaay more, or way more unhealthy haha.

Hey guys! So a lot of you guys have been asking me how I track macros and what I normally eat when I workout. Here's a video including both of that. I started tracking macros earlier this year and got more relaxed a few months ago. I started tracking again last month since I am trying to gain some lean muscles and I've talked about this briefly one of my previous videos. I am not super strict with my macros. I don't track little things like two strawberries, or a cup of almond milk. It is so minor that I don't get worried about it. Also there are days that I don't track fully because sometimes we slack haha. So don't freak out about not tracking 100% of the time. We eat out, we have a life. It's all about balance and what makes you happy. Again it is really fast to track especially if they are the things that you eat regularly. You can just add it to your favourites. Right now I try to eat at least around 200g carbs a day when i'm exercising and my calories intake per day is around 1800. It can be extremely challenging to keep track when I'm travelling so I bring some energy bars with me wherever I go. Just in case I can't find food!

Also I don't cook fancy meals everyday. Today is one of those days that I don't have time to prepare my meals because I have quite a bit of work to do before my Japan trip so I was mostly on my computer all day working. Sometimes I prep my meals for a few days so that it is more time efficient. One more thing! This is how I eat on that particular day. I am just giving you an idea of what I eat one that one day. You can always change it up, make it more delicious or eat out. haha. :)

Hope you enjoyed this video! Also in regards to losing weight, i've talked about being on calories deficit and tracking macros to lose weight in one of my older videos. I got a lot of comments that is unhealthy to count calories. The truth is if you are losing weight you ARE on calories deficit (whether you count your calories or track your macros or not). The reasons why some of us count calories and track macros is because we want to minimise muscle loss, especially in the fitness industry. We want to keep as much muscles as we can while cutting. Also being too low in deficit will probably cause more muscle loss than intended so keeping track of calories and macros helps with that. Hope all that makes sense. :)

The curry chicken recipe:

1 onion

2 tsp of garlic

A couple of tablespoons of Mild Curry Powder (3-5)

1kg of chicken breast

100g Coconut milk

1 can of diced tomato or 400g of tomatoes

I stir fry the onion first, add garlic, then add the mild curry spices. You can add more spices later if it's not spicy enough.

After that I add the chicken breast and cook it until it turn white. Add a can of tomatoes and let it cook for 20 minutes or so, or until the sauce thicken. Then I add 100g of coconut milk. Then let it simmer for 10 mins or so. That's it! Super simple!

Women's Workout: Tone Legs/Lift Butt at Home, workout for Women! (Hindi/Punjabi)

Beginners Leg/butt workout for women!

Exercise-1 (Bodyweight Squats)

4 sets of 25 squats with 30-45 second breaks between sets and 1-2 minute break between exercises.

Exercise-2 (Bodyweight Lunges)

4 sets of 10-12 lunges with 30-45 second breaks between sets and 1-2 minute break between exercises.

Exercise-3 (Lateral Lunges)

4 sets of lateral lunges of 10-12 reps per set with 30-45 second breaks between sets and 1-2 minute break between exercises.

Exercise-1 (Jump Squats)

4 sets of Squat jumps with 20-25 reps per set with 30-45 second breaks between sets and 1-2 minute break between exercises.

Note:

Increase intensity in terms of reps every week, we recommend to work on legs/butt twice a week with minimum of 48-72hrs rest period in between workouts.

Knowing how to get six pack abs in 3 minutes is crucial since summer is right around the corner. This means it is crunch time and your goal over the next few weeks is to transform your body to get that flat stomach and those six pack abs you've always wanted.

Hey guys, this is Darren If you're wondering why you're not seeing me during this introduction it is because our camera exploded, yes it exploded. Luckily the memory card was unharmed, but we only got to shoot the actual workout routine. So there wont be an introduction or ending to this video. No worries though, we are in the process of getting another camera so we can keep making our videos.

So now to the more important part of the video. Its almost summer time and that means shirts are coming off and its time to show off those muscles you've been working on all year.

What? You haven't been working out all year? You say you have no time?

No need to worry, all you need is a few minutes a day! In three minutes you can get the flat stomach and the sexy six pack abs you've always wanted as long as you stick with it. Each exercise targets a specific part of your abdominals, so at the end of the 3 minutes you will have effectively worked out your upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and stabilizer muscles.

If the three minutes isn't enough for you, just keep repeating the routine without breaks until you are no longer able to do it.

If you have been working out or are starting to, I would suggest putting this three minute abdominal routine at the end of your workouts. Constant strain on your abs will encourage them to be tight and burn that fat.

Protein notwendig für Frauen ? - meine Erfahrungen - Proteinshakes - Nahrungsergänzungsmittel

Die große Frage ist doch: Braucht man als Frau wirklich Proteinshakes bzw. Why Protein für diese Sexy Bikinifigur? Wir wollen ja nun (jedenfalls die meisten) nicht in den Bodybuildingbereich. Eigentliches Ziel, ist doch: schön definiert und schlank. Ich erkläre in meinem Video was Whey/Casein Protein eigentlich ist und ob ihr es meiner Meinung nach wirklich bei der Ausübung von Kraftsport braucht.
