One should try and cut down or limit the consumption of greasy foods, sweets, soft drinks and caffeine. It is imperative to manage the stress levels in order to steer clear of stress eating, wherein we end up resorting to unhealthy junk foods that are loaded with calories. One should try and incorporate exercise in their lifestyle. Sleep well and get good rest before you start your work.Night shift workers usually have to face irregular eating patterns. However, one should not skip their meals, especially breakfast as it can disturb the whole body cycle, which further leads to weight gain. Before going to bed in the morning, eat a small regular breakfast, like cereals with milk and fruits.

6 Minutes Butt Workout | Butt Workout For Women

Today's video is all about Butt Workout or Butt Exercise.

Hello! My Tribe

After 6 minutes abs and arms workout, a lot of you requested for butt workout.

That’s the area in my body too that needs attention and I have put together something easy and short that I regularly do, even on days when I don’t have too much time.

I am not a trainer but a few things I have learned from my trainers over years and have created short sessions that suit me and my lifestyle. As always I like to share all that I know with you all. So here goes..

Close Stance Squats

Stand straight.

Put both your hands out in front and clench them into a fist for balance

Sit back as if you are sitting in a chair, keeping your feet flat on the ground and your knees above your toes.

As you are sitting back, keep your chest up and your head looking forward.

Keep going! This is one of the best exercises to get those kickass glutes!

Bodyweight Squat

Keep your torso upright and your feet slightly wider.

Sit your butt back into a squat, without letting your knees go past your toes.

Make sure your weight is on your heels, and keep your chest straight up.

Repeat the set and fuel up your abs, inner thighs and butt!

Jump Squat

Stand with your feet slightly wider than your hip.

Bend your knees and sit your butt back, keeping your chest upright.

Jump up into the air as high as you can and stretch out your legs.

Land back on the floor with soft knees.

Repeat this multiple times to “pulse”. You will really feel the burn with this one!

Dirty dog

Start on all fours with hands underneath and your shoulders aligned to your wrists.

Your back must be flat and the belly button should be pulled to the spine.

Bend your knees and take one leg out to the side and then bring it right back down. Use both your legs one after another.

For a better looking and better performing butt, keep going for 30 seconds.

Glute Kickbacks

Glute kickbacks are performed on your hands and knees.

All you have to do is kick one leg straight back, flexing your butt muscles.

Work the deep glute muscles and lift your tush with this classic exercise!

Glute Kickbacks Variation

The second option probably works your butt muscles harder. Stay on all fours.

Keep the leg bent and press the bottom of your foot up toward the ceiling and then pull it back down diagonally.

Repeat the set to develop a deep burn in the gluteal muscles

These really get the glutes muscles burning. Try them and let me know how they work for you. You all know my mantra is to be consistent, so do it for a month and notice the results .

How to Lose Weight With Whey Protein Powder

How to Lose Weight With Whey Protein Powder. Whey protein powder is a compound created during the cheese-making process. Curdled milk produces curds in a liquid base. After harvesting the curd, the liquid that remains is made into whey protein powder. In this powder mix remains the natural proteins found in milk. This high level of protein and amino acids make whey protein powder a healthy choice for bodybuilding and weight loss.

Step 1

Purchase a container of whey protein powder at the local health food or fitness store. Check the label to ensure you are purchasing the right type of mix. There are many powders available, each with different formulas. Look on the label for the words “whey protein.”

Step 2

Read the mixing instructions on the package. You will probably add one scoop of power to a glass of liquid, such as water or skim milk. For dieting purposes, water will not add as many calories, but skim milk might taste better.

Step 3

Prepare one whey protein shake every day for breakfast. Scoop the right amount into an 8 oz. glass of your chosen liquid. Stir well or use a blender to mix the shake. This will work as a meal replacement. The high level of protein will help fill you up and give you energy.

Step 4

Eat a light mid-morning snack, such as a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts. This will help curb hunger and supply energy.

Step 5

Make a salad or another light meal for lunch and eat a normal low-fat dinner. You can add whey powder to recipes that have a sweet base. Experiment with whey sprinkled on diced fruit or as a smoothie desert.

Step 6

Exercise three to six times a week. The additional protein provided by whey will help you create muscle mass and provide energy. Include both cardiovascular and strength training in your program.

Some Tips

Weight loss is a direct result of reducing calories and increasing activity. Whey protein powder alone will not help you lose weight. It should be a tool to provide you with a protein rich diet plan. You will still need to count calories and exercise in order to drop pounds.

Do not take whey protein powder if allergic to milk or dairy products. Do not eat whey if lactose intolerant. Remember whey is a product of milk and might cause digestive problems. Talk to your doctor is you are unsure whether you can tolerate whey protein.

What I Eat In A Day | 100G+ Protein One Meal A Day Vegan

I recently moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand and i thought i would take the opportunity to share with you what i eat in a day here on my one meal a day plant based vegan diet.

This meal was an epic tasty vegan meal that consisted of rice, massaman curry, thai noodle dish, mushrooms, vegan sausage, vegan burritos, vegan garden of life sport protein bar, peanut butter, tempeh and much more!

This total meal was around 3000 calories and it had over 100gs+ on protein so this was a very dense filling meal that gave me all the calories and protein i needed to refuel my body, mind and muscles after training.

A lot of people belief its hard to get enough protein on a vegan diet

but as you will see in this video i completely debunk this old myth.

The thai food in this video was from the vegetarian food stall at Maya malls food court which is just opposite the burrito place i got the epic tasty vegan burrito from which is called Wrap Master.
