1 banana
50g of mix nuts
50g of dried fruits
50g of raisins
3x47g scoops of protein powder
2 teaspoons of sunflower oil
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
50ml of milk
Alternatively:
- You can add honey, granola, seeds or any other types of dried fruits.
- You can use coconut milk, almond milk or any other type, coconut cream is the best, though.
- You can use coconut butter or any other nut butter instead of peanut butter.
- Use whey Isolate if you are lactose intolerant.
- Any other type of protein powder can be used too. Keep in mind the changes in taste.
If you are not a fan of protein powder you can make bars without it.

1) Put oats, banana, peanut butter, seeds, protein powder, nuts, raisins, dried fruits, sunflower oil and milk in a pot and mix well with hands.
2) Add more milk or oats, it depends on consistency.
3) Prepare the tray with clear film and wrap it.
4) Make a ball shape from the prepared mix, put it on the tray and cover it with clear film.
5) Press with hands consistency to make it flat.
4) Place the tray into the freezer and keep it there for 1-2 hours to chill.
5) Get out of the freezer and cut into 10-20 bars.
6) Keep it cool at all times.
