MY (HOME) WORKOUT ROUTINE| Loren Gray

SUBSCRIBE ▶ PLAYLIST: WORKOUT:

cardio:

-2/6 mile run (or 20 min. jog)

- 100 jumping jacks

rep work:

- 3x15 raised squat jumps

-3x15 lunges (or 5 lbs weights with pulses)

-3x15 in and out squat jumps

-3x15 arm dips

-3x20 mountain climbers

-3x15 squat jumps

ab cycle:

- 20 crunches

-20 reverse crunches

-20 leg lifts

-20 butterfly kicks

-20 scissor kicks

-20 bicycle crunches
