EAT | Chocolate Protein Shake (for Kids!)

When your kids are busy with activities that keep their bodies busy, make sure they're getting the protein they need to sustain them with this protein shake! Subscribe to WUM for new vids M-W-F! 1 cup milk

• ½ cup silken soft 1 TBSP peanut butter

• 1 PBSP unsweetened cocoa

• 1 TBSP honey

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend.

2. Put in fridge until cold or add ice to blender to quicken cooling time and make a little slushie!
