If You Don't Have Protein powder just use

Plain Greek yogurt

24 Grams Of Protein Per Serving

1/2 Cup Of Oats

1 Medium Banana

8 Oz (1 Cup) Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

A Few Dashes Of Ground Cinnamon
