From 245 and unhealthy to 145 and fit. Sharing today what my daily meals look like. I'm a little weird and combine odd things but that's okay! :) The primary goal is to stick to a Paleo, very clean diet consisting of just veggies, fruits and proteins. It's difficult at first but you'll eventually build habits that will take you from avoiding the foods you crave, to no longer wanting them at all. I am realistic as well and don't believe this is the way you need to eat for the rest of your life. You need carbs and to enjoy those sweets every now and then but I believe this is the best way to get started for weight loss. You have to sacrifice certain foods at some point to see change. Eventually you can reintroduce them in a healthier manner once you've figured out how to better balance your meals and activity level.
Be easy on yourself while working towards being healthy. Healthy is not just physical but emotional and mental as well. We are all different so if this video and my methods don't seem right for you, please don't do it! I am in no way trying to promote anything that will have a negative effect on you and your personal relationship with food. I am not a doctor and recommend you consult one before starting any sort of "diet.

These Incredible Juices will Help You Lose Weight in No Time
Slice the kiwis and peel the melon.
Chop the melon and blend it with kiwi fruit. Be sure to add the squeezed lemon juice last.
Add a little water and ice, as desired.
Cranberry juice
Ingredients
12 organic cranberries
½ of a pineapple
1 squeezed orange
1 squeezed lemon
Ice
2 cups of water (500 ml)
Preparation
Start by washing all the ingredients thoroughly.
Squeeze the orange juice and put it to the side.
Remove the skin from the pineapple.
Blend all the ingredients together except for the squeezed lemon juice, and blend.
Add the squeezed lemon juice, and if it’s too thick, add a little water.
Green celery and pineapple juice
Ingredients
5 stalks of celery
½ of a pineapple
2 squeezed lemons
2 cups of water (500 ml)
Preparation
Slice the celery and blend it with pineapple.
Add the squeezed lemons to give it an enhanced citrus flavor.
If you notice it’s too thick, add a little cold water.
Drink this on an empty stomach.
Green smoothie
Ingredients
4 squeezed lemons
1 cup of parsley (30 g)
2 cups of spinach (60 g)
3 cups of water (750 ml)
Ice (to taste)
Preparation
Squeeze the lemon juice and put it to the side.
Wash the parsley and spinach leaves thoroughly.
Add the water so everything blends well.
Before consuming, be sure to add a little ice or store it in the fridge.
There are many juice recipe options to help you lose a little weight around the belly. Remember to try everything moderately – nothing in excessive amounts. If you have any questions, be sure to ask an expert.
