This Is Home Abs Workout.
In this video I'm going to Show you some couple of Home Abs exercises that i use to follow whenever I'm not able to go to the gym. These are 5 Exercises which are needed to done continuously for 2 minutes and 30 sec (30 sec each exercises). You must rest for about 1 minute after completing all the exercises once. Then you have to repeat all the exercises for exactly 3 more times so that in total it makes 10 Minutes Six Pack Abs Workout. Also these abs exercise can be performed by both Men & Women.
