Heyyo! Here are my top 3 July Favorites and a potential KETO protein shake recipe. It's made with Slim Twin Protein Ice Cream, Trader Joe's coconut coffee concentrate, and Orgain chocolate protein - perfect for a post-workout shake to fuel you!
July Favorites:
1. Slim Twin Protein Ice Cream: Coffee Flavor (allow to sit out for 15 minutes before consuming so it's nice and creamy! Perfect healthy dessert treat!)
2. Trader Joe's Coconut Coffee Concentrate - Summer time special!
3. Target headband (July fourth themed!)
[Keto] Morning Protein Shake aka Chocolate Coffee Protein Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoops protein (30-50 g depending on your macros)
1/4-1/2 Trader Joe's Coconut Coffee Concentrate
3 ice cubes
1/3 cup water
1/2 banana (if you're keto, add 1/2 an avocado instead)
dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla (bourbon vanilla from Trader Joe's is delicious!)
Directions:
1. Blend ALL ingredients in blender
2. ENJOY! You can always make a double batch and split in half to save for later!
