No Bake Monster Cookie Protein Bars
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup honey
1/2 cup protein powder
2t sp vanilla
1 1/3 cups mini M&Ms
1. Mix together oats, crispy rice cereal, nuts, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and vanilla until combined.
2. Stir in mini M&Ms.
3. Press mixture into pan. Cover and chill until firm. Cut into squares. Place in sealed container in fridge.
This recipe makes 48 servings. Each serving is 6 smart points.
