I started my youtube channel in 2016, defeated, sad, and desperate to change my life. I knew I wanted to be better but, I didn't know how. I documented my health journey and called my first video series "my journey to transformation." Little did I know, that these videos was the start of my transformation and changing my life.

It is amazing to see where I was 2 years ago and where I am today. My videos now are meant to be of service, one by one , heart by heart.
