Hey everyone! This video was fun to film! Even though women may have a different style and approach to training legs/glutes than men, it's still equally as challenging! Full workout listed below :)

THE WORKOUT:
-Banded Squat Walks: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
-Banded Hip Abduction: 2 sets of 20-25 reps
-Kneeling Kickbacks side to side: 3 sets or 10 reps each leg
-Kneeling Side Kicks (Donkey Kicks): 2 sets of 20 reps each leg
-Banded Lateral Steps: 4 sets of 10 reps each side
-Barbell Hip Thrusts: reps of 5, rest 10 seconds, repeat until failure 2x through
-Elevated Lunge into Cursty Lunge: 3 sets of 10 reps each side
-Hovering Abduction on Machine: 3 sets of 15 reps
-Cable Kickbacks: 3 sets of 15 reps each leg
