These are 5 Exercises which are needed to done continuously for 2 minutes and 30 sec (30 sec each exercises). You must rest for about 1 minute after completing all the exercises once. Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application.

The routine is developed by her trainer Melissa Alcantara, and she says that Kim does this routine 2x/week.
I've created "at home" modifications for you guys who may not have a gym membership but still want a Kardashian booty! Oh and since we're on this topic - let me be clear that I'm trying these celeb workouts not because I want to look like a celeb, I simply want to try something new! And in doing so, I hope to be stronger while learning some things along the way.
Here are the moves we will be doing today! You will want to do 4 sets of each.
KIM KARDASHIAN'S BUTT LIFTING EXERCISES:
1) Walking Lunges, 20 reps.
2) Elevated glute bridge, 20 reps.
3) Goblet Squats, 15 reps.
4) Glute Kickbacks, 50 reps.
5) Bulgarian Split Squats, 12 reps each leg.
6) Hamstring Curls, 20 reps.

Heyyo! Here are my top 3 July Favorites and a potential KETO protein shake recipe. It's made with Slim Twin Protein Ice Cream, Trader Joe's coconut coffee concentrate, and Orgain chocolate protein - perfect for a post-workout shake to fuel you!
July Favorites:
1. Slim Twin Protein Ice Cream: Coffee Flavor (allow to sit out for 15 minutes before consuming so it's nice and creamy! Perfect healthy dessert treat!)
2. Trader Joe's Coconut Coffee Concentrate - Summer time special!
3. Target headband (July fourth themed!)
[Keto] Morning Protein Shake aka Chocolate Coffee Protein Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoops protein (30-50 g depending on your macros)
1/4-1/2 Trader Joe's Coconut Coffee Concentrate
3 ice cubes
1/3 cup water
1/2 banana (if you're keto, add 1/2 an avocado instead)
dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla (bourbon vanilla from Trader Joe's is delicious!)
Directions:
1. Blend ALL ingredients in blender
2. ENJOY! You can always make a double batch and split in half to save for later!

1ST PART: similar to my 10min Sixpack Workout :) trains your abs from all angles. Also really focussing on lower abs & obliques here!
2ND PART: combination of ab & booty exercises.
3RD PART: ultimate booty burnout!!! Think about your booty muscles all the time to have the best mind-muscle connection. This is extremely knee friendly and doesn't involve any work of your quads. So we only get booty & hamstring gains right here :)
