Nutrition For a Lean Stomach and Six Pack Abs!

In this video Bikini Model Vicky Justiz shares her nutrition advice for her lean stomach. The most important thing is to eat healthy foods through the day. Eat 4-6 small healthy meals a day: Fruits, vegies, lean meats (fish is great), etc. Drink water not soda or juice. And of course exercise, regular exercise plus a healthy diet = a lean stomach.
