CORSET/ WAIST TRAINING

Disclaimer| Yes, the corset is on wrong. I know, I was overly excited to share my experience that I did not realize this initially. The lacing should all be the same from top to bottom, I'm aware.

I exercise 3-4x a week and weight train heavily. I also did CrossFit for about 8 months to train for tough mudder therefore, this is not a lazy way out for me as I do all these things in conjunction with eating relatively clean. The corset is also worn for posture and those concerned for my organs, I am NOT tight lacing to extremities nor do I sleep in it.
