Women's Ultimate "SIX-PACK" ABS Gym Workout!!! w Kaycie Davis, Part 1

Female Fitness Model Kaycie Davis is showing her abdominal workout in the gym to get ripped six-pack abs. This is part 1 or the workout and its done on the Roman Chair. The Roman Chair is a great piece of exercise equipment. Heres several ab exercises shes doing to target her core and all her ab and oblique muscles. Go slow and try each one for as many reps as you can. Feel the burn.
