Summer Fitness Routine

NOTE: I try to workout everyday, this is the way you will start seeing results the quickest. Everyone has different types of bodies and that is the most important thing to remember! However working out will definitely boost confidence levels especially when all your hard work pays off. The biggest thing i've learned is that you have to be patient, results do take some time but it is really worth it when they start to show. Eating healthy is a great addition to working out as well (I like my chocolate, so if you are anything like me it may be more difficult).
