Princess Eugenie weight loss: Inside the royal bride's diet and fitness plan as she shows off incred

If you're new, Subscribe! →  Princess Eugenie got engaged to Jack Brooksbank in January 2018, promising another royal wedding for the nation to revel in.   And ahead of the big date, that is set to take place on 12th October the same year, Prince William and Prince Harry's cousin has been working on looking her best ahead of the big day.   Like previous royal brides Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, Princess Eugenie has been following a strict diet over the last few months.   As the 28 year old displays her toned figure, here's what we know about her health and diet plan.  Fitness routine  Previously, Princess Beatrice's little sister opened up on how she says in shape. Speaking to Harper's Bazaar, she revealed her work out routine.   Eugenie said: "I get up around 6:45 to start exercising by 7. I go to the park from 7 to 8. I do circuits, which I love because they're quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot.”  "It's much better, as I can't run for a long time. Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia." Diet and drink   The princess is said to be a big fan of The Detox Kitchen - giving a huge insight into her food preferences.   The Princess of York told the magazine: "For lunch, I walk over to the Detox Kitchen, which is right across Regent Street in Kingly Court. They do the best food, all healthy."  From low-calorie salads to high-nutrition dishes, it's definitely a healthier option for those looking to trim down.   Keeping down the excess sugar, she also revealed that her tipple of choice is a vodka and soda water - one of the lowest calories drink options out there.  So, how much weight has Princess Eugenie actually lost?  One expert, Personal Trainer Jess Tonking, spoke to Express.co.uk about her incredible figure transformation.   She said: "Princess Eugenie has a gorgeous shape with all the right curves but it does appear more recently she may have shed some body fat in prep for her wedding.”  “If she has been following a weight training programme it's hard to determine how much weight she has lost due to muscle gain.  "I believe she may have lost three per cent body fat (four pounds of fat loss) in the 6 weeks since the Royal wedding."  She added that while it may not sound like a hefty sum, exchanging fat for muscle gradually is a great achievement.
