Legs & Booty

Donkey Kicks

Pulse (10 sec)

Hamstring Curl

Half Circles

Squats

Arms & Shoulders

Shoulder Press

Tricep Press

Back Pulse

Bent Over Rows

Bicep Curls

Abs

Plank (add 10 sec leg lifts)

Abdominal Crunch

Side Plank with lifts

Up and Down Plank

Russian Twists
