Avvatar Unflavoured Raw Whey | Oats Figs & Dates Protein Bars | Recipes by Chef. Ranveer Brar

Snacking on-the-go? Get the goodness of figs, oats and dates with a protein hit from Avvatar.

Directions:

Preparation Time: 30mins

Cooking Time: Nil

Serves: 6-8 Bars

Ingredients

½ Cup Dried Fig

½ Cup Dates, de-seeded

¾ Cup Oats, toasted

¼ Cup Almonds, chopped

2 Scoop/48g Avvatar Whey Protein Powder

Process

● Take hot water and soak the figs for 10mins. Strain the water and chop figs and dates.

● In a food processor combine figs, dates and pulse.

● Now add oats, almonds, whey powder and pulse again till the mixture the mixture starts to clump.

● Line a square tin with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture in the tin and press firmly.

● Refrigerate for 2 hours. Take out from the refrigerator and from the tin.

● Cut in rectangles and store in airtight containers.
