45 sec - 1 min rest in between sets

Leg Press - 3 sets of 12 -15 reps

Leg Extension - 3 Sets 12-15 Reps

Glute Press on Assisted Pullup Machine - 3 sets 12-15 Reps

Dumbbell Bench Press - 3 Sets 12-15 Reps

Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 Sets 12-15 Reps

Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 3 Sets 12-15 Reps

Single Glute Kick-back - 3 Sets 12-15 Reps
