Hip Thrust

5x15

One Legged Deadlift With Landline

3x10 for each leg

Dumbbell Super

Seated Full Squat -10

3/4 Butt Tap Squat -10

Complete this once through and repeat for 3 sets

Split Lunges with Barbell

3x10
