Butt | Glutes | Front & Back Leg WORKOUT! Day 64 (Hindi / Punjabi)

As we get into day 64, workouts are getting more intense. In this tutorial we trained glutes, hamstrings and quads. All major muscles to hit for any FAT LOSS PROGRAM.
