This workout consits of 1 circle with 5 exercises of traditional ab exercises and a lot of core work.

What you need: 15 minutes, 1 yoga mat and a bottle of water

Explanation:

Each exercise you repeat 20-25 times (or as often as you can) and if you finish 1 circle earlier than 15 minutes, you start with the circle again until you reach 15 minutes.

Afterwards is recommended to stretch 2-5 minutes.

Don't forget to drink between the circles.
