The Perfect Leg & Butt Workout For Women | Build Strong Legs & A Nice Round Firm Butt

What's going on ladies? Here is a great workout for your legs and butt. Although this workout is challenging, I can guarantee you though if you stay consistent training like this that you will see and make some great and noticeable gains within a few months. Here is the complete workout and it is Gain Certified!

***Warm - Up***

Treadmill - 30 seconds jog (7.5 mph) + 30 seconds walk (3.5 mph)

Repeat this 4 times and watch 1:25 if you are confused

1) Barbell Squats - 4 sets x 5 reps (go as deep as you can) (2:15)

***SUPER SET***

1) Standing Single Leg Curl - 4 sets x 10-15 reps (Stay Controlled)

2) Leg Press Feet High & Wide - 4 sets x 12-15 reps (push w/ heels)

***SUPER SET***

2) Lying Leg Curl - 4 sets x 12-15 reps (Squeeze your Hamstrings)

3) Kettle Bell Squats + Swing - 3 sets x 12-15 reps

***SUPER SET***

3) Bench Leg Crossovers + Lifts - 3 sets x 10/10 (Watch 5:30)

4) Wall Holds - 2 sets x 30 seconds (1 sets wide/ 1 set close)

***SUPER SET***

4) Leg Extensions - 2 sets x 10 reps (Hold each rep for 1 second)
