Get the toned body and butt you've been wanting with this powerful routine. No gym needed. You can do any of these moves at home, around your busy schedule. All you need is a smooth surface and the desire to transform your body!

This workout will have your legs and glutes burning, so you can tone up in all the right places. Even better: wear a waist trainer while you work out to sweat harder, maximize your efforts and look slimmer at the same time.

Hydrants with leg extension (12-15 reps each leg)

Plank rainbows (12-15 reps each leg)

Bear plank leg lifts (10-12 reps each leg)

Curtsy lunges with kick (1 minute each leg)

Heel lifted sumo squats (15-20 reps)

Sumo squats with calf raises (15-20 each leg)

In out squat jumps (15-20 reps)
