ABS & BUTT FITNESS ROUTINE // VLOG 02

FITNESS ROUTINE: repeat 3 times

15 minute jump rope (warm up / cardio)

20 x barbell squat

20 x donkey kicks

20 x donkey straight leg

10 x 2 crunches then hold (1, 2 , 3rd crunch hold it)

20 x plank , knee to chest (each leg 20 )

3 times x russian twists (10 fast, 10 slow) repeat 3 times

20 x straight legs up and down
