My Favorite Wellness Shake Recipe - Packed with Nutrients!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my protein shake recipe. I have this nutrient-packed shake 1-2x per day. It's been crazy helpful in how I feel from the inside out. Try this or make it your own!

8 oz unsweetened almond milk (cashew, nut etc)

1/2 small avocado

1/3 cup riced cauliflower

1 bunch spinach

1 tbsp organic flaxseed meal

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 packet stevia

1 scoop supergreens powder by Amazing Grass

1 scoop Orgain pea protein powder
